With a profound belief in efficiency and effectiveness, Deana established The Mary Group to provide agile, cost-effective solutions that deliver tangible results.
Deana's career in the professional services industry began as a regional marketing professional for a prominent US-based accounting and consulting firm. Her expertise and dedication propelled her into executive-level roles within the Big 4 consultancy, where she served as the geographic marketing leader and later transitioned into a pivotal sales and business development role within the Forensics White Collar Investigations Practice. Subsequently, she was recruited by an Am Law 100 law firm as a firmwide director of client development. These experiences equipped Deana with a comprehensive skill set and in-depth understanding of marketing and business development within large professional service firms, laying the foundation for her future ventures.
